研究目的：

1. 明确老年胸/腹部手术患者中肌少性肥胖的患病率及临床特征； 2. 探讨肌少性肥胖对老年患者术后短期（围术期）及长期（90 天）恢复的影响； 3. 验证肌少性肥胖是否为老年患者术后 90 天发病率的独立危险因素； 4. 对比肌少性肥胖、单纯肌少症、单纯肥胖及体成分正常患者的术后恢复差异，为围术期风险分层提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Determine the prevalence and clinical characteristics of sarcopenic obesity in elderly patients undergoing thoracic/breast surgery; 2. Explore the impact of sarcopenic obesity on the short-term (perioperative period) and long-term (90 days) recovery of elderly patients after surgery; 3. Verify whether sarcopenic obesity is an independent risk factor for the 90-day postoperative morbidity in elderly patients; 4. Compare the postoperative recovery differences among patients with sarcopenic obesity, simple sarcopenia, simple obesity, and those with normal body composition, to provide a basis for perioperative risk stratification.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60岁； 2.择期行腹部、胸部（非心脏）手术的患者； 3.ASAⅠ~Ⅲ 级； 4.术前30天内完成腹部CT扫描

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=60 years; 2.Patients scheduled for elective abdominal or thoracic (non-cardiac) surgery; 3.ASA status I-III; 4.Completion of abdominal CT scan within 30 days prior to surgery

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能不全的患者；
2.计划入重症监护室的患者；
3.四肢不健全者，帕金森病、双上肢骨关节疾病（如类风湿关节炎）、存在步态障碍或平衡障碍等无法完成测试的患者；
4.明确诊断老年性痴呆、精神疾病的患者，无法理解量表的患者；
5.拒绝签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
2.Patients scheduled to be admitted to ICU;
3.Patients with impaired limbs, Parkinson's disease, bone and joint diseases of both upper limbs (such as rheumatoid arthritis), gait disorders or balance disorders, etc., who are unable to complete the test;
4.Patients with senile dementia, mental illness and other diseases who cannot understand the scale;
5.Refusal to sign an informed consent form;
