研究目的：

我们推测内异症病灶中的高氧化应激水平将破坏线粒体，导致线粒体通透性转换孔开放释放mtDNA到细胞质基质中，激活cGAS-STING通路，继而产生炎性因子引起 TGF-β1的持续升高，从而将急性的组织损伤炎症转化为慢性的组织修复异常和进行性纤维化。为证实上述推论，我们以“氧化应激-线粒体破坏-炎症反应-纤维化”轴为核心，分别在细胞、组织和动物水平上开展一系列研究，为发掘内异症纤维化的具体分子机制提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We hypothesize that elevated oxidative stress levels in endometriosis lesions will disrupt mitochondria, leading to the opening of mitochondrial permeability transition pores and the release of mtDNA into the cytoplasmic matrix. This activates the cGAS-STING pathway, subsequently generating inflammatory factors that cause sustained elevation of TGF-β1, thereby transforming acute tissue injury and inflammation into chronic abnormal tissue repair and progressive fibrosis. To validate this hypothesis, we conducted a series of studies centered on the "oxidative stress-mitochondrial damage-inflammatory response-fibrosis" axis at cellular, tissue, and animal levels, providing theoretical foundations for elucidating the specific molecular mechanisms underlying endometriosis fibrosis.

纳入标准：

1、 年龄 18-49 岁女性； 2、 符合对照组或病例组条件： 对照组：无内分泌病史。无激素替代史或近 3 个月未服用避孕药和激素类药物。无代谢类、血 液循环类和全身慢性系统性疾病。无放射治疗或 化学治疗史。未处于妊娠状态或哺乳期。近 3 个月无大量饮酒、或长期献血、输血者。无生殖 器畸形或卵巢手术等。 病例组：组织学确诊为卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的 患者； 3、自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Female individuals aged 18-49 years old; 2. Meeting the criteria for the control group or case group: Control group: No history of endocrine diseases. No history of hormone replacement therapy or no use of contraceptive pills and hormone-based drugs in the past 3 months. No metabolic, blood circulation, or systemic chronic diseases. No history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Not pregnant or in lactation. No excessive alcohol consumption in the past 3 months, or no long-term blood donation or blood transfusion. No reproductive organ deformities or ovarian surgeries, etc. Case group: Patients diagnosed with ovarian-type endometriosis by histological examination; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有内分泌病史。 2.激素替代史或近 3个月服用避孕药和 激素类药物。 3.代谢类、血液循环类和全身慢性系统性疾 病。 4.放射治疗或化学治疗史。 5.处于妊娠状态或哺乳期。 6.近 3 个月大量饮酒、或长期献血、输血者。 7.生殖器畸 形或卵巢手术等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has a history of endocrine disorders. 2. Has a history of hormone replacement therapy or has taken contraceptive pills and hormone-based drugs in the past 3 months. 3. Has metabolic, circulatory, or systemic chronic diseases throughout the body. 4. Has a history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 5. Is pregnant or breastfeeding. 6. Has consumed large amounts of alcohol in the past 3 months, or has engaged in long-term blood donation or blood transfusion. 7. Has genital deformities or undergone ovarian surgery, etc.
