回顾性利用电子临床诊疗数据，探讨新型炎症指标与心力衰竭合并肺动脉高压患者肺动脉收缩压之间的相关性，并评估其对预后的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This retrospective study utilizes electronic clinical data to explore the correlation between novel inflammatory markers and pulmonary artery systolic pressure in patients with heart failure complicated with pulmonary hypertension, and to evaluate their prognostic predictive value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-85岁 2.心力衰竭的诊断标准遵循了《 2024年中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南》： （1）有心力衰竭症状和/或体征 （2）利钠肽水平升高（BNP≥35 pg/ml或NT-proBNP≥125 pg/ml） （3）存在心脏结构和/或功能的异常 3.心脏超声提示肺动脉收缩压（或右心室收缩压）≥35mmHg

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 85 years. 2. Diagnosis of heart failure meeting the criteria outlined in the 2024 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure: (1) Presence of heart failure symptoms and/or signs; (2) Elevated natriuretic peptide levels (BNP >=35 pg/mL or NT-proBNP >=125 pg/mL); (3) Evidence of cardiac structural and/or functional abnormalities. 3. Echocardiography indicates a pulmonary artery systolic pressure (or right ventricular systolic pressure) >=35 mmHg.

排除标准：

1.其他病因导致的PH，如动脉性PH、肺部疾病和/或低氧所致PH、慢性血栓栓塞性PH、 未明和/或多因素所致PH等 2.影响血常规的疾病，如血液系统相关疾病、甲状腺功能亢进症及甲状腺功能减退症、存在慢性炎症或急性感染等 3.中度或重度瓣膜狭窄或瓣膜关闭不全 4.严重肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤等限制预期寿命的非心脏疾病 5.缺乏有关血常规的数据和相关临床资料 6.不能配合随访者

Exclusion criteria：

1. PH due to other etiologies, such as pulmonary arterial hypertension, PH due to lung diseases and/or hypoxia, chronic thromboembolic PH, and PH with unclear and/or multifactorial mechanisms. 2. Conditions affecting complete blood count results, including hematological diseases, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, presence of chronic inflammation or acute infection, etc. 3. Moderate or severe valvular stenosis or regurgitation. 4. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, malignant tumors, and other non-cardiac diseases limiting life expectancy. 5. Lack of complete blood count data or relevant clinical information. 6. Inability to cooperate with follow-up.
