开发夹心照顾者累积生态风险问卷及风险指数建模，检验累积生态风险对夹心照顾者身心健康的影响机制  

Objectives of Study：

Develop a sandwich caregiver cumulative ecological risk questionnaire and risk index modeling to examine the impact mechanism of cumulative ecological risk on the physical and mental health of sandwich caregivers

纳入标准：

1. 受访者为照顾者； 2. 同时照顾失能老人和18岁及以下儿童青少年，照顾是指日常生活的照顾； 3. 照顾的失能老人指基础性或工具性日常活动能力量表内1项以上指标存在困难，年龄≥60岁的老年人；

Inclusion criteria

1. The interviewee is a caregiver; 2. Simultaneously taking care of disabled elderly and children and adolescents aged 18 and below, care refers to the care of daily life; 3. Care for disabled elderly refers to those aged 60 or above who have difficulty in one or more indicators in the basic or instrumental daily activity ability scale;

排除标准：

1. 受访者患有沟通障碍，如聋哑等； 2. 受访者有重大疾病或精神疾病； 3. 受访者中途因身体不适、情绪崩溃等原因退出；

Exclusion criteria：

1. The interviewee suffers from communication barriers, such as deafness and muteness; 2. The interviewee has a major illness or mental illness; 3. The interviewee withdrew midway due to physical discomfort, emotional breakdown, and other reasons;
