研究目的：

系统构建以认知情绪调节策略为核心的护理干预方案，探索该方案对患者心理痛苦、焦虑、抑郁水平以及生活质量的影响。通过干预效果的评估，进一步揭示认知情绪调节策略在缓解心理痛苦、提升患者生活质量中的应用潜力。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a nursing intervention protocol centered on cognitive emotion regulation strategies and examine its effects on psychological distress, anxiety, depression, and quality of life in patients. Through the evaluation of intervention outcomes, further elucidate the potential application of cognitive emotion regulation strategies in alleviating psychological distress and improving patients' quality of life.

纳入标准：

1.经组织病理学确诊的原发性宫颈癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌患者； 2.年龄18-75周岁； 3.认知功能正常，有一定的理解、沟通能力； 4.签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Histopathologically confirmed primary cervical, ovarian, or endometrial cancer; 2.Age between 18 and 75 years; 3. Intact cognitive function with sufficient comprehension and communication capacity; 4.Willingness to sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并其他部位恶性肿瘤者； 2.认知功能障碍，沟通障碍； 3.既往有精神疾病病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of malignancies in other sites; 2.Cognitive impairment or communication disorders; 3.History of psychiatric disorders.

心理治疗： 1. 认知情绪调节训练：教患者如何识别并调整自己在面对疾病和治疗时的负面情绪。患者将学会积极重评（通过改变对困难情境的看法来减轻情绪负担）、接受（接受自己无法控制的情境，减少内心的抵触）、重新关注计划（通过制定具体的行动计划来应对不安）等积极的情绪调节策略。同时帮助她们减少消极的情绪应对方式，比如自责、反刍和灾难化； 2. 个性化护理支持：为每位患者提供个性化的情绪支持，根据她们的具体情况（比如治疗阶段、心理状态等），制定不同的应对策略。例如，通过谈话、情感支持、分享经验等形式，帮助患者理解自己的情绪反应，增强她们对治疗的信心。

Psychological Intervention: 1.Cognitive Emotion Regulation Training: Patients are taught to identify and modulate negative emotions in response to illness and treatment. They will learn adaptive strategies including positive reappraisal (reframing difficult situations to reduce emotional burden), acceptance (acknowledging uncontrollable circumstances to minimize internal resistance), and refocus on planning (developing concrete action plans to address anxiety). Concurrently, the intervention aims to reduce maladaptive emotional coping patterns such as self-blame, rumination, and catastrophizing. 2.Individualized Nursing Support: Tailored emotional support is provided based on each patient's specific context (e.g., treatment phase, psychological status). Diverse coping strategies are formulated and delivered through therapeutic communication, emotional support, and peer experience sharing, facilitating patients' understanding of their emotional responses and enhancing confidence in treatment.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data on psychological distress and cognitive emotion regulation strategies are collected through questionnaires and scales, together with clinical information such as disease stage and treatment regimen extracted from the electronic medical record system, and entered independently by two researchers into an Excel database for cross-checking to ensure accuracy.
