研究目的：

前瞻验证AKI预测模型指导麻醉管理降低老年非心脏手术后AKI发生率的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To prospectively verify the effectiveness of the AKI prediction model in guiding anesthesia management to reduce the incidence of AKI after noncardiac surgery in the elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.AKI预测模型判定为高危的患者；
2.因疾病择期行全身麻醉非心脏手术的患者；
3.患者年龄为65岁或以上；
4.清楚了解、自愿参加该项研究，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients identified as high-risk by the acute kidney injury prediction model;
2.Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia due to diseaseClearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form;
3.Patients are 65 years of age or older;
4.Clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.肾切除病史；
2.肾移植术后；
3.先天性单肾；
4.终末期肾病需行连续性肾替代治疗；
5.急诊手术；
6.美国麻醉医师协会分级Ⅳ级及以上；
7.术前7天造影剂暴露；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of nephrectomy;
2.After a kidney transplant;
3.Congenital monokidney;
4.End-stage renal disease requires continuous renal replacement therapy;
5.Postoperative serum creatinine values are missing;
6.Emergency surgery;
7.United States Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade IV and above;
8.Contrast exposure 7 days before surgery;
