探讨2型糖尿病患者基线期血清尿酸时间加权平均水平与随访期间新发糖尿病高危足风险之间的关联  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the association between the time-weighted average serum uric acid level at baseline and the risk of new-onset diabetic high-risk foot during follow-up in patients with type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥ 18岁； 2.基线期内根据 WHO 1999 年的诊断标准明确诊断为2型糖尿病； 3.基线期内有 ≥2次血清尿酸检测记录（间隔≥3个月）； 4.在基线期开始时及整个基线期内，无糖尿病高危足或糖尿病足病诊断记录（IWGDF 0级）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to the WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria during the baseline period; 3. Had at least two serum uric acid test records during the baseline period (at least 3 months apart); 4. No diagnosis of diabetic high-risk foot or diabetic foot disease (IWGDF Grade 0) at the start or throughout the baseline period.

排除标准：

1.基线期存在严重肝肾功能不全（eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2）、恶性肿瘤、器官移植史； 2.基线期正在长期服用降尿酸药物者； 3.已行踝以上截肢患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe hepatic or renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2), malignancy, or history of organ transplantation during the baseline period; 2. Long-term use of urate-lowering drugs during the baseline period; 3. Patients with above-ankle amputation.
