本研究的总体目标是利用匿名的临床实验室数据，设计、开发并验证一套先进的AI算法，该算法能够利用患者的历史数据，分析其内在模式，并实时、连续地监测实验室系统的性能稳定性。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall objective of this study is to use anonymized clinical laboratory data to design, develop, and validate an advanced AI algorithm that leverages patients’ historical data to analyze inherent patterns and continuously monitor, in real-time, the performance stability of the lab systems.

纳入标准：

2023年1月1日至2025年10月31日期间；在本院LIS系统中记录的有代表性的项目（如总蛋白、高敏心肌肌钙蛋白、碳酸氢根、淋巴细胞亚群等）的检验记录。

Inclusion criteria

From January 1, 2023 to October 31, 2025; Laboratory test records of representative analytes (such as total protein, high-sensitivity cardiac troponin, bicarbonate, and lymphocyte subsets) from LIS.

排除标准：

排除以下任意一项或多项存在缺失的记录：患者性别、患者类别、来源科室、检测结果、样本上机时间。

Exclusion criteria：

Records will be excluded if any of the following fields are missing: patient gender, patient type, originating department, test result, or sample loading time.
