研究目的：

对经手术证实的巨大肩袖损伤病例的磁共振图像进行主观评价和客观定量分析（肌肉的面积、体积、脂肪比例等），并与手术进行对照，评估磁共振影像对肩袖损伤的治疗方式选择及疗效的价值；在图像分析过程中训练AI模型对图像进行勾勒、测量，计算各肌肉的脂肪分数并和手术结果进行对照，利用影像组学等工具进行特征提取，并进行验证，以提高诊断效率和可重复性。  

Objectives of Study：

Subjective evaluation and objective quantitative analysis (such as muscle area, volume, fat ratio, etc.) were conducted on the magnetic resonance images of cases with confirmed massive rotator cuff tears through surgery, and these were compared with the surgical results to assess the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the selection of treatment methods and therapeutic efficacy for rotator cuff injuries; During the image analysis process, an AI model was trained to outline and measure the images, calculate the fat fraction of each muscle and compare it with the surgical results, extract features using imaging biomarkers and other tools, and conduct verification to improve diagnostic efficiency and reproducibility.

纳入标准：

1.在我院接受肩部磁共振检查并完成手术的巨大肩袖损伤患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient who underwent shoulder magnetic resonance examination and underwent surgery for severe rotator cuff injury in our hospital;

排除标准：

1. 患者年龄小于 18 岁； 2. 图像存在严重伪影； 3. 图像中没有完整的 3D 序列。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient is under 18 years old; 2. Severe artifacts are present in the images; 3. The images do not contain a complete 3D sequence.
