研究目的：

分析儿童各种类型胰腺炎（急性胰腺炎、急性复发性胰腺炎、慢性胰腺炎）十二指肠菌群及肠道菌群特征和其代谢组学特点。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the characteristics of duodenal and gut microbiota, as well as their metabolomic profiles, in children with various types of pancreatitis (acute pancreatitis, acute recurrent pancreatitis, and chronic pancreatitis).

纳入标准：

入选标准（需符合以下所有条目） 1.2025年12月-2027年12月在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院消化内科住院，诊断为“胰腺炎”的患儿 2.年龄2-18周岁，性别不限

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria (all items below) 1. Children diagnosed with pancreatitis who were hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology, Children's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from December 2025 to December 2027 2. Age 2-18 years old, regardless of gender

排除标准：

患儿及监护人拒绝参加本试验。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据录入与管理由两位医生负责。采用EXCEL表格进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。 数据库锁定：在确认所建的数据库无误后，由主要研究者、统计分析人员对数据库进行锁定。 在试验结束6个月内上传试验数据至EDC：http://www.medresman.org.cn/uc/sindex.aspx

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data entry and management will be handled by two physicians. Data will be entered and managed using Excel spreadsheets. To ensure data accuracy, two independent data managers will perform double data entry and cross-verify the entries. Database Locking: Once the database has been verified as error-free, it will be locked by the principal investigator and the statistical analyst. The trial data shall be uploaded to the website (http://www.medresman.org.cn/uc/sindex.aspx) within 6 months after the completion of the trial.
