主要目的：比较单髁置换和全膝关节置换术的有效性 次要目的：比较单髁置换和全膝关节置换术后患者早期的功能情况  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives:compare the effectiveness between UKA and TKA. Second objectives: compare early post-op function between UKA and TKA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄60-80岁； 2.第一次进行膝关节置换术； 3.术后第一天即可下地的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 60 - 80 years old; 2. This is the first time for knee joint replacement surgery; 3. Patients who can walk independently on the first day after the operation.

排除标准：

1.有其他影响步行的下肢疾病；
2.有下肢创伤或手术史；
3.有严重心脑血管疾病，无法完成站立或步行等功能测试；
4.术后因其他情况需卧床的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.With other lower-limb disease which influence walking ability; 2.With lower-limb trauma or surgery; 3.With sever cardio or neurology disease, can't do standing or walking test; 4.Have to stay in bed due to some circumstances
