研究目的：

本项目的主要目标是借助一套已在开发的基于强化学习（RL）的自适应外骨骼机器人系统，实现对下肢功能障碍患者的个性化康复训练。并通过实验验证这种自适应外骨骼系统的治疗效率。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this project is to leverage a set of adaptive exoskeleton robots based on reinforcement learning (RL) that are already under development.The system realizes personalized rehabilitation training for patients with lower limb dysfunction. And verify this adaptive exoskeleton system through experiments the therapeutic efficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄30-70岁。 2.中风病程为发病后3个月至1年内，处于康复期。 3.步态障碍根据Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估筛选出具有不同程度步态障碍的患者。 4.认知功能正常患者，简易智力状态检查（MMSE）评分≥24分，能够理解实验流程并配合完成相关任务。 5.下肢肌力：下肢主要肌群（如股四头肌、腓肠肌）的肌力≥2级（0-5级评定标准）。 6.患者及家属签署知情同意书。本研究通过宁波市康复医院伦理委员会审查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 30-70 years old. 2. The duration of stroke ranged from 3 months to 1 year after onset, and the patients were in the rehabilitation period. 3. Patients with different degrees of gait disorder were screened according to Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment. 4. Patients with normal cognitive function, Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score >=24, able to understand the experimental process and cooperate to complete the relevant tasks. 5. Lower limb muscle strength: the muscle strength of the main muscle groups of the lower limbs (such as quadriceps femoris and gastrocnemius) was >=2 grade (0-5 grade evaluation standard). 6. Patients and their families signed the informed consent. This study was reviewed by the Ethics Committee of Ningbo Rehabilitation Hospital.

排除标准：

1.不符合上述纳入标准的其他病例； 2.严重共济失调或显著平衡障碍（Berg 平衡量表评分<20分）。 3.合并严重心肺疾病（如心功能不全、呼吸功能障碍）。 4.近期下肢手术史，或严重骨关节疾病。 5.其他神经系统疾病（如帕金森病、ALS）导致的步态障碍。 6.视觉或听觉障碍严重影响步态训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other cases that did not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. Severe ataxia or significant balance disorder (Berg balance scale score <20). 3. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary diseases (such as cardiac insufficiency and respiratory dysfunction). 4. Recent history of lower extremity surgery or severe bone and joint disease. 5. Gait disorders caused by other nervous system diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, ALS). 6. Visual or hearing impairment seriously affected gait training.
