研究目的:

基于锥形束计算机断层扫描(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)建立切牙管及上颌中切牙关键解剖标志点的自动定位与三维测量体系,构建上颌前牙内收过程中切牙管相关正畸诱导性牙根吸收(orthodontically induced inflammatory root resorption,OIIRR)的风险分级模型,为正畸治疗的术前评估与术中OIIRR风险预警提供客观量化评估工具。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), an automated localization and three-dimensional measurement system for the incisive canal and key anatomical landmarks of the maxillary central incisors will be established. A risk stratification model for incisive canal–related orthodontically induced inflammatory root resorption (OIIRR) during maxillary anterior tooth retraction will be developed, providing an objective and quantitative assessment tool for pre-treatment orthodontic evaluation and intra-treatment OIIRR risk early warning.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 2018 年 1 月到 2025 年 6 月分别于浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院、温州医科大学附属口腔医院、上海市口腔医院完成 CBCT 拍摄,拍摄的 CBCT 图像解剖结构清晰; 2. 12-22牙根基本发育完全; 3. 患者牙周状况良好,既往无口腔外伤史、多生牙等,切牙及切牙管无疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. From January 2018 to June 2025, CBCT scans were obtained at the Stomatology Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, and the Shanghai Stomatological Hospital, with all CBCT images demonstrating clear anatomical structures. 2. The roots of teeth 12–22 were basically fully developed. 3. The patients had good periodontal health, with no history of oral trauma or supernumerary teeth, and no pathological conditions affecting the incisors or the incisive canal.

排除标准:

1.接受过正畸治疗的患者; 2.正颌术后的还未进行正畸治疗的患者; 3.存在系统性疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who had previously undergone orthodontic treatment. 2. Patients who had undergone orthognathic surgery but had not yet received. 3. Patients with systemic diseases.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

1.根据纳排标标准将符合的患者数据进行手动采集并记录在excel表中;2.记录模型准确率;3.记录模型与金标准之间的SDR值;4.论文使用的原CBCT数据由信息科员工专人管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:
