本研究旨在探讨以 AI曼陀罗绘画 为核心的 数字正念干预,是否有助于改善 早期职业阶段大学教师的抑郁、焦虑、情绪耗竭和失眠状况,并评估其作为 高校职场心理健康支持方式的可行性。本研究还将比较 加入AI练习支持 与 未加入AI支持的曼陀罗活动 在干预效果上的差异,以作为后续发展 数字正念干预方案 的参考依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The present study aims to examine whether a digital mindfulness intervention centered on AI-assisted mandala drawing can help improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and insomnia among early-career university teachers, and to evaluate its feasibility as a psychological support approach within the university workplace. In addition, the study will compare the intervention effects between mandala activities with AI-supported practice guidance and those without AI support, in order to assess whether AI integration enhances the effectiveness of the intervention. The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence for the future development and application of digital mindfulness interventions in higher education settings. |

纳入标准: |
1.年满18岁; 2.院校全职大学教师岗位,且属早期职涯阶段,称早期职涯,系指工作者于全职教师职位后1至8年内,且目前仍存在与续聘升或等效能评估相关之工作岗位中; 3.近6个月内自述曾承受明显之研究峰值压力,例如论文发表、计划申请或绩效考核期限压力; 4.愿意并有能力完成本研究之6周介入与逆转测评估 5.神志清晰、思维正常、能进行语言沟通交流; 6.具有足够的认知能力和汉语读写能力完成表格。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Be at least 18 years of age; 2. Hold a full-time university faculty position and be in the early career stage, defined as within 1 to 8 years of full-time faculty appointment and currently undergoing performance evaluations related to tenure/promotion decisions; 3. Self-reported significant research output pressure within the past 6 months, such as deadlines for paper publication, grant applications, or performance evaluations; 4. Willing and able to complete the 6-week intervention and pre/post-test assessments for this study; 5. Mentally alert, thinking normally, and capable of verbal communication; 6. Possess sufficient cognitive ability and Chinese literacy to complete questionnaires. |

排除标准: |
1. 目前有精神病性症状或儿童期症状者; 2. 筛检时具显示高度自杀或目前有主动伤害自我意图者; 3.有严重解离症状,并需接受专门稳定化处置者的; 4.于最近4周内开始新的心理治疗,或精神科药物有波动者;若为稳定持续中的治疗研究期间不波动者,则不在此限; 5.无法提供知情同意者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Individuals currently experiencing psychotic symptoms or manic episodes; 2. Individuals identified during screening as being at high risk of suicide or currently harboring active self-harm intent; 3. Individuals with severe dissociative symptoms requiring specialized stabilization procedures; 4. Individuals who have initiated new psychotherapy or altered psychiatric medication within the past 4 weeks; this exclusion does not apply to stable, ongoing treatments unchanged during the study period; 5. Individuals unable to provide informed consent. |

The random allocation sequence will be generated by a research assistant who is not involved in participant recruitment or outcome assessment, using a computer-based random number generator . Participants will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to either the AI-assisted mandala drawing intervention group or the control group. |

盲法: |
本研究为随机、对照、开放标签试验。由于实验组接受AI即时支持、对照组不接受AI即时支持,受试者及干预实施人员无法实施盲法。为降低测量与分析偏倚,本研究将对结局评估与统计分析实施盲法:前后测问卷由统一线上系统收集,研究资料以编码方式导出,结局评估人员在资料整理与评分阶段不掌握受试者分组信息;统计分析由未参与招募与干预实施的研究人员在组别匿名化条件下完成,待主要分析结束后再揭盲。研究的随机分派采用电脑生成随机序列,并实施分配隐藏。 |

Blinding: |
Due to the nature of the behavioral intervention, participants cannot be blinded to group allocation because they actively engage in mandala drawing activities. However, group allocation will not be disclosed during data coding and statistical analysis, and the data analyst will remain blinded to group assignments to minimize potential bias. |
