研究目的：

本团队拟构建超声下定性评估胃内容物动态练习模型，与常规教学模型进行对比，探索麻醉住院医师在动态模型培训下超声定性评估胃内容物学习曲线的建立，明确麻醉专业住院医师掌握该技术所需要的最低操作例数。探索动态模型培训对超声定性评估胃内容物学习曲线的影响。为培训课程开发、实践培训和指导教师的客观评估提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Our team aims to develop a dynamic practice model for the qualitative assessment of gastric contents using ultrasound and compare it with conventional teaching models. The objective is to investigate the establishment of the learning curve for anesthesia residents in qualitatively assessing gastric contents through dynamic model-based training, and to determine the minimum number of procedures required for residents to master this technique. Additionally, we seek to explore the impact of dynamic model-based training on the learning curve for ultrasound-based qualitative assessment of gastric contents. This study will provide a reference for the development of training programs, practical teaching, and objective evaluation by instructors.

纳入标准：

1.学员入组标准：(1)麻醉科规范化培训第三年的住院医师； (2)参与者行超声辅助／引导下操作达到50例以上， (3)未参加过胃超声方面的培训。 (4)取得学员书面知情同意。 2.志愿者的纳入标准为： (1)按照美国麻醉医师协会分级标准确定为I级； (2)年龄18岁～40岁的男性； 体重50kg～80kg；身高165cm或以上，20<=BMI<=25。

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion Criteria for Participants:(1) Third-year residents in the standardized anesthesiology residency training program; (2) Participants who have performed at least 50 ultrasound-assisted or ultrasound-guided procedures; (3) No prior formal training in gastric ultrasonography; (4) Written informed consent obtained from all participants. 2.Inclusion Criteria for Volunteers (1) Classified as ASA Physical Status Class I (American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification System); (2) Male, aged 18–40 years, body weight 50–80 kg, height >=165 cm, and BMI 20–25 kg/m^2.

1.学员排除标准： (1)学员无参与意愿； (2)因个人原因不能如期参加培训者； (3)研究者认为不适宜参加培训的学员； 2.志愿者排除标准： (1)既往胸部或上腹部手术史； （2）患有上消化道先天异常（如食管裂孔疝等）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion Criteria for Trainees (1) Lack of willingness to participate; (2) Inability to attend training sessions as scheduled due to personal reasons; (3) Deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator (e.g., safety concerns or failure to meet protocol requirements). 2.Exclusion Criteria for Volunteers (1) History of thoracic or upper abdominal surgery; (2) Congenital anomalies of the upper gastrointestinal tract (e.g., hiatal hernia).

盲法：

在每次操作中，超声检查在摄入液体，牛奶或固体后五分钟开始，并且评估操作每隔 20 分钟暂停一次，为清液组及牛奶组分别提供额外的 100毫升清液和 50ml 牛奶，这也进行了盲法处理。专家超声老师和麻醉医师对志愿者的进食状态是盲法的，他们以随机顺序检查所有 16 名志愿者。A 组学员和 B 组学员分别对每一位志愿者进行 1 次扫描，进行 2 个周期的操作培训，2 个周期中间隔一周，每次检查限时 8 分钟内。膳食状态只有在所有检查完成时才被披露，志愿者由所有麻醉医师、超声医生组成和协助工作人员组成。

Blinding：

In each operation, the ultrasound examination was initiated five minutes after the intake of liquid, milk or solid, and the evaluation operation was paused every 20 minutes. An additional 100 milliliters of clear liquid and 50ml of milk were provided to the clear liquid group and the milk group respectively, and this was also treated by blinding. The expert ultrasound teacher and anesthesiologist blind the eating status of the volunteers. They randomly examined all 16 volunteers in sequence. Group A and Group B trainees each conducted one scan for each volunteer and received two cycles of operation training, with a one-week interval between the two cycles. Each check was limited to within 8 minutes. The dietary status is only disclosed when all examinations are completed. The volunteers consist of all anesthesiologists, ultrasound doctors and assistant staff.
