研究目的：

主要目的：1.评估口腔微生物与首诊音频体征对食管鳞癌抗肿瘤治疗方案响应情况的预测能力，并尝试基于患者的口腔微生物组特征，建立响应预测模型辅助临床诊疗方案制定。 2. 开发并验证本土化AI诊疗平台，通过实时识别患者语音情绪及非典型症状，辅助医生缩短误诊时间、优化医患沟通质量，提升患者依从性。 次要目的：评估口腔菌群-语音-情绪三维数据整合在食管癌全程管理中的临床可及性与成本效益，为后续多中心推广提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objectives:：1. To evaluate the predictive value of oral microbiota and baseline audio signatures for treatment response to antitumor therapies in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and to establish a response prediction model based on patients’ oral microbiome profiles to assist clinical decision?making. 2. To develop and validate a localized AI?enabled clinical platform that utilizes real?time detection of vocal emotions and atypical symptoms to help physicians reduce diagnostic delays, improve physician?patient communication, and enhance patient adherence. Secondary Objective：To assess the clinical accessibility and cost?effectiveness of integrating oral microbiome?voice?emotion tri?modal data throughout esophageal cancer management, providing evidence for future multi?center implementation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年满18周岁，非孕妇、残疾人等弱势群体；
2.组织学病理诊断为食管鳞癌；
3.未接受过肿瘤相关治疗；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >= 18 years; non-vulnerable groups (e.g., pregnant women, disabled individuals). 2.Histopathologically confirmed as esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). 3.No prior history of cancer-related treatment.

排除标准：

1.口腔内有明显炎症的患者；
2.取样前1个月内发生过扁桃体、唾液腺或咽喉的细菌、病毒感染；
3.取样前3个月内接受过牙周治疗；
4.过去半年内进行过全麻手术、放化疗；
5.患有除食管鳞癌外的其他癌症；
4周之内接受过幽门螺旋杆菌治疗；
6.既往接受过面部医美注射（如肉毒素、玻尿酸、线雕等）或颅颌面骨骼手术者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with obvious oral inflammation.
2.A history of bacterial or viral infections involving the tonsils, salivary glands, or pharynx within 1 month prior to sampling.
3.Received periodontal therapy within 3 months prior to sampling.
4.Underwent general anesthesia surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy within the past 6 months.
5.Complicated with other malignant tumors besides ESCC.
6.Received Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy within 4 weeks.
7.A history of facial aesthetic injections (e.g., botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, thread lifting) or craniomaxillofacial bone surgery.
