研究目的：

探讨住院男性痛风患者中血尿酸（SUA）水平、衰弱状态与肾功能及住院天数的关联，并评估衰弱指数（FI）对住院天数的独立预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the correlations between serum uric acid (SUA) levels, frailty status, renal function, and hospital stay in male inpatients with gout, and assesses the independent predictive value of frailty index (FI) for hospital stay.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.连续纳入2026年3月25日至2026年12月17日期间，于成都风湿医院住院治疗的男性痛风患者。
2.符合美国风湿病学会/欧洲抗风湿病联盟（ACR/EULAR）痛风分类标准。
3.男性；
4.年龄≥18岁；
5.住院时间>24小时；
6.病历资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Male gout patients who were hospitalized for treatment at Chengdu Rheumatism Hospital from March 25, 2026 to December 17, 2026 were consecutively included. 2.It meets the classification criteria for gout as defined by the American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR). 3.Male; 4.Age >= 18 years old; 5.Length of hospital stay > 24 hours; 6.The medical record is complete.

排除标准：

1.因非痛风性关节炎或非风湿性疾病入院；
2.住院时间 < 24小时或临床资料不全；
3.在严重认知障碍或精神疾病，无法配合完成衰弱评估；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Admitted to the hospital due to non-gouty arthritis or non-rheumatic diseases;
2.Hospitalization period less than 24 hours or incomplete clinical data;
3.In cases of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, where the patient is unable to cooperate in completing the frailty assessment;
