Objectives of Study：

The Impact of Cerebrospinal Fluid Leakage on the Onset, Progression and Surgical Treatment of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊CSDH，且需行手术治疗（钻孔引流术或神经内镜下血肿清除+引流术或小骨窗血肿清除术）； 2.年龄＞18岁； 3.既往mRS评分<=2分； 4.病人或授权家属同意参加本队列研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) and requiring surgical treatment (burr-hole drainage, endoscopic hematoma evacuation + drainage, or small bone window hematoma evacuation); 2.Aged over 18 years; 3.Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score <= 2 previously; 4.The patient or authorized family member agrees to participate in this cohort study.

排除标准：

1.肝功能不全或衰竭者：ALT或AST＞120U/L； 2.肾功能不全者：肌酐＞132μmol/L； 3.严重心功能衰竭； 4.术后发生急性硬膜外血肿、急性硬膜下血肿、脑内出血、脑梗死、 颅内感染等严重影响预后者； 5.术后严重并发症（重型肺部感染、肺栓塞等），预计1周内可能死 亡的患者； 6.既往开颅手术或蛛网膜囊肿引起的CSDH者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with hepatic insufficiency or failure: ALT or AST > 120 U/L; 2.Patients with renal insufficiency: Serum creatinine > 132 μmol/L; 3.Severe heart failure; 4.Patients who develop postoperative complications that significantly affect prognosis, such as acute epidural hematoma, acute subdural hematoma, intracerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, or intracranial infection; 5.Patients with severe postoperative complications (severe pulmonary infection, pulmonary embolism, etc.) who are expected to die within 1 week; 6.Patients with CSDH caused by previous craniotomy or arachnoid cysts.
