研究目的：

本课题通过研究儿童细菌性肺脓肿患者（并发或不并发脓毒血症）的临床特征及病原学特点、药敏分析，为疾病的早期诊断及干预给予提示，以提高患儿的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the clinical characteristics, pathogenic features, and drug sensitivity of pediatric patients with bacterial lung abscess (with or without sepsis), providing insights for early diagnosis and intervention to improve treatment outcomes in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 0～18 岁，于2016年1月至2025年12月在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院住院治疗。
2.所有患儿均符合肺脓肿诊断标准。
3.脓毒症组患儿符合脓毒血症诊断标准。
4.患者住院期间治疗依从性良好，资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 0–18 years, hospitalized for treatment at the Children's Hospital affiliated with Chongqing Medical University from January 2016 to December 2025.
2.All of the children met the diagnostic criteria for lung abscess.
3.Children in the sepsis group meet the diagnostic criteria for septicemia.
4.The patient demonstrated good adherence to treatment during hospitalization, and the records are complete.

排除标准：

1.临床资料和CT扫描不能确定肺脓肿。
2.先天性肺囊肿、肺大疱等胸部影像学上可出现空洞的肺疾病。
3.真菌、寄生虫、肺炎支原体、结核分枝杆菌感染所致肺部空洞性病变。
4.相关临床资料不完整的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Clinical data and CT scans cannot confirm a lung abscess.
2.Congenital pulmonary cysts, pulmonary bullae, and other lung diseases can present with cavitary lesions on chest imaging.
3.Pulmonary cavitary lesions caused by fungal, parasitic, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis infections.
4.Children with incomplete relevant clinical data.
