研究目的：

探究脑卒中恢复早期双上肢分别运动时皮质重组的特征及时间进程； 使用fNIRS来描述卒中后早期恢复过程中皮质重组的特征及其与运动恢复程度的关系； 评估在脑卒中恢复早期（<3个月）上肢运动时双侧半球之间SM1的皮质激活平衡的时间演变； 研究脑卒中早期恢复过程中网络拓扑模式的动态变化，明确脑功能连接随时间恢复的特征。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the characteristics and time course of cortical reorganization during separate movements of both upper limbs in the early stage of stroke recovery. To use fNIRS to characterize cortical reorganization during early post-stroke recovery and its relationship with the degree of motor recovery. To assess the temporal evolution of cortical activation balance in the primary sensorimotor cortex (SM1) between bilateral hemispheres during upper limb movement in the early stage of stroke recovery (<3 months). To investigate the dynamic changes in network topological patterns during early stroke recovery and identify the characteristics of brain functional connectivity recovery over time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国脑血管疾病分类2015》的标准[31]。 2.年龄40-70岁，男女不限； 3.发病不超过3周且病情稳定； 4.认知功能正常，MMSE评分≥24 分； 5.患侧上肢的Brunnstrom功能分期不低于Ⅱ期； 6.患者对本研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the criteria of Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015 [31]. 2. Aged 40–70 years, male or female; 3. Onset within 3 weeks and clinically stable; 4. Normal cognitive function, with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score ≥ 24; 5. Brunnstrom stage of the affected upper limb ≥ stage Ⅱ; 6. Provided written informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.有严重的意识或认知功能障碍； 2.患有严重精神疾病； 3.伴有失语症、偏侧忽略、抑郁症等； 4.伴有心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能感染或异常； 5.治疗不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe disturbance of consciousness or cognitive function; 2. Severe mental illness; 3. Aphasia, hemispatial neglect, depression, or other related conditions; 4. Infection or dysfunction of vital organs including heart, lung, liver, and kidney; 5. Inability to cooperate with the treatment and assessment procedures.
