主要目的：观察卵巢癌超根治术患者围术期血糖波动特点。 次要目的：观察卵巢癌超根治术患者术后并发症发生率。 探索性目的：分析卵巢癌超根治术患者围术期血糖变异性与术后并发症的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To observe the characteristics of blood glucose fluctuations in patients undergoing radical surgery for ovarian cancer. Secondary objective: To observe the incidence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing radical surgery for ovarian cancer. Exploratory objective: To analyze the correlation between perioperative blood glucose variability and postoperative complications in patients undergoing radical surgery for ovarian cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.行卵巢癌超根治术患者；
3.自愿参加且知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who have undergone radical surgery for ovarian cancer; 3. Voluntary participation and informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有精神疾病者；
2.I型糖尿病；
3.正在长期使用激素类、抗结核、免疫调节治疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with mental disorders;
2. Type 1 diabetes;
3. Those who are undergoing long-term treatment with hormone-based, anti-tuberculosis, or immunomodulatory medications.
