研究目的:

本研究旨在评估“Youth ACT校园心理赋能课程”在学校情境中应用于青少年的可行性与可接受性,并初步探索其对青少年心理困扰及相关心理健康结局的改善趋势,为后续正式随机对照试验提供参数依据和实践支持。研究将重点考察招募率、出勤率、流失率、干预依从性、参与者满意度及主观体验,并初步评估干预对心理困扰、主观幸福感、学业倦怠、拒学行为和心理灵活性的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the Youth ACT school-based psychological empowerment program for adolescents and to preliminarily examine its effects on psychological distress and related mental health outcomes, thereby informing the design and implementation of a future definitive randomized controlled trial. Specifically, the study will assess recruitment, attendance, retention, intervention adherence, participant satisfaction, and subjective experiences, as well as preliminary changes in psychological distress, subjective well-being, academic burnout, school refusal behavior, and psychological flexibility.

纳入标准:

1.初一年级在校学生; 2.理解问卷内容并能够作答; 3.本人和监护人签署书面知情同意并自愿参加研究; 4.最近6个月内未接受其他心理干预,也未在其他干预等候名单上。

Inclusion criteria

1. First-year junior high school students enrolled in school; 2. Understand the content of the questionnaire and are able to answer; 3. The student and their guardian have signed written informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study; 4. Have not received other psychological interventions in the past 6 months, and are not on the waiting list for other interventions.

Youth ACT校园心理赋能课程:基于DNA-V模型设计,共6周7课时,前5周每周1课时,第6周2课时,每课时45分钟,以班级为单位在学校课堂环境中由经过培训的心理教师或辅导员面对面集体授课。

Youth ACT school-based psychological empowerment program: a DNA-V model–based intervention consisting of 7 sessions over 6 weeks (1 session per week during the first 5 weeks and 2 sessions in Week 6), with each session lasting 45 minutes. The program is delivered face to face in classroom settings by trained school psychology teachers or counselors.
