鉴于以往人工肝治疗患者股静脉导管护理中存在的不足，临床已逐步推行一系列综合改良护理措施，包括建立术前评估表、采取预见性护理措施、优化导管维护流程及规范术后防栓操作等。 本回顾性研究旨在通过分析实施上述改良护理方案的患者临床资料，与既往常规护理模式下的病例进行对比，系统验证该改良护理措施在降低股静脉 CRBSI、血栓形成、导管滑脱及出血等并发症发生率中的实际效果，为临床优化人工肝治疗患者股静脉导管护理策略提供可靠的实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Given the deficiencies in the care of femoral vein catheters for patients undergoing artificial liver therapy in previous clinical practice, a series of comprehensive improved nursing measures have been gradually implemented in clinical settings, including the establishment of preoperative assessment forms, the adoption of predictive nursing interventions, the optimization of catheter maintenance procedures, and the standardization of postoperative anti-thrombosis operations. This retrospective study aims to systematically verify the practical efficacy of the above-mentioned improved nursing measures in reducing the incidence of complications such as catheter-related bloodstream infections (CRBSI), thrombosis, catheter dislodgement and hemorrhage, by analyzing the clinical data of patients who received the improved nursing regimen and comparing it with the cases under the conventional nursing model in the past. It is expected to provide a reliable practical basis for optimizing the clinical nursing strategy of femoral vein catheters in patients undergoing artificial liver therapy.

纳入标准：

1.行人工肝治疗留置股静脉导管的病例；
2.留置股静脉导管≧10天；
3.本院的住院治疗患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Cases of patients undergoing artificial liver therapy with indwelling femoral vein catheters; 2.Indwelling femoral vein catheter for >= 10 days; 3.Inpatients treated in our hospital;

排除标准：

1.行人工肝治疗留置股静脉导管<10天的病例；
2.置管前已存在感染的患者；
3.合并心、肺、脑血管等严重基础疾病者，不能配合者；
4.合并凝血系统疾病者；
5.存在精神疾病不能配合者；
6.外院带入股静脉留置导管者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cases of patients undergoing artificial liver therapy with an indwelling femoral vein catheter for < 10 days;
2.Patients with pre-existing infection before catheterization;
3.Patients with severe underlying diseases such as cardiac, pulmonary, and cerebrovascular diseases, or those who are unable to cooperate;
4.Patients complicated with coagulation system diseases;
5.Patients with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate;
6.Patients with indwelling femoral vein catheters transferred from other hospitals;
