研究目的：

1.将P300、近红外光谱成像技术相结合,使用元认知训练进行干预对抑郁症伴非自杀性自伤青少年患者，并与传统药物治疗行对比研究,探讨该方法的中长期疗效； 2.利用P300和近红外光谱成像技术，探讨元认知训练对大脑认知功能变化。 3.通过心理量表，评估元认知训练对患者自伤行为、抑郁情绪、认知功能、社会适应能力的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Combine P300 and near-infrared spectroscopy imaging technology to use metacognitive training as an intervention for adolescents with depression accompanied by non-suicidal self-injury, and conduct comparative studies with traditional drug treatments to explore the medium- and long-term efficacy of this method; 2. Use P300 and near-infrared spectroscopy imaging technology to explore the changes in brain cognitive function caused by metacognitive training. 3. Assess the improvement of patients' self-injurious behavior, depressive mood, cognitive function, and social adaptability through psychological scales after metacognitive training.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1)符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第5版）》抑郁障碍诊断标准及NSSI诊断标准； （2)以五羟色胺再摄取抑制剂药物治疗为主； （3)年龄 12-17 岁、汉族、性别不限、右利手； （4)患者能完成 1个小时的训练课程； （5)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) and the diagnostic criteria for NSSI; 2. Mainly treated with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs); 3. Aged 12-17 years, Han ethnicity, any gender, right-handed; 4. Patient can complete a 1-hour training session; 5. Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1) 有其他主要精神障碍（精神分裂症、器质性精神障碍或酒精或药物使用障碍）； （2) 严重的神经系统疾病或严重的身体疾病； （3) 研究者认为患者不适合参加本研究的其他情况； （4) 有智力问题者（瑞文测验大于 3 级）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other major mental disorders (schizophrenia, organic mental disorders, or alcohol or drug use disorders); 2. Severe neurological diseases or serious physical illnesses; 3. Other conditions considered by the researcher to make the patient unsuitable for participating in this study; 4. Individuals with intellectual problems (Raven's test greater than level 3);
