主要目的：呼吸训练干预在情绪调节睡眠障碍患者中的疗效。 探索性目的：1.发现情绪与睡眠障碍相互影响的机理。2.评估呼吸训练干预对情绪调节睡眠障碍患者的疗效观察。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Aim: The efficacy of a breathing training intervention in patients with emotionally regulated sleep disorders. Exploratory Aims: 1. To discover the mechanism of the interaction between mood and sleep disorders. 2. To evaluate the efficacy of breathing training intervention in patients with mood regulation sleep disorders Observations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合情绪障碍伴发失眠诊断标准; 2. 年龄为 18 ～ 80 岁; 3. PSQI＞5、ISI＞7、HAMA＞7 和/或 HAMD≥7; 4. 不存在沟通障碍; 5. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for mood disorder with comorbid insomnia; 2. Age 18 to 80 years; 3. PSQI > 5, ISI > 7, HAMA > 7 and/or HAMD ≥ 7; 4. No communication disorders; 5. Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 其他躯体疾病造成的继发性失眠； 2. 其他类型睡眠障碍和情绪障碍； 3. 环境或其他人为因素长期干扰睡眠；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Secondary insomnia caused by other physical diseases; 2.Other types of sleep disorders and mood disorders; 3.Environmental or other man-made factors that interfere with sleep for a long time;

睡眠监测使用HST额贴式睡眠记录仪（SOMNOmedics施曼诺），记录受试者的睡眠数据：总入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠维持率、睡眠潜伏期、N1潜伏期、N2潜伏期、深睡眠潜伏期、REM潜伏期、总睡眠时间、睡眠期变化、睡眠片段化、清醒次数、入睡后清醒时间。量表评估由有经验的神经内科医生为患者进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、失眠严重指数（ISI）、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易智能精神状态检查

Sleep monitoring was performed using an HST frontal patch sleep recorder (SOMNOmedics Schmanno), which recorded the subject's sleep data. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采集患者临床资料、量表评估、血压、动态心电图、脑电图、基础代谢率、交感神经系统活性。整个过程中将采集睡眠障碍患者信息 100 KB ，共计采集约 188 人，共计18800KB。数据采集于神经内科门诊受试者接待室（华美楼1楼），数据存放于老年神内病房（华美楼6楼A区）。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Patients' clinical information, scale assessment, blood pressure, ambulatory electrocardiogram, electroencephalogram, basal metabolic rate, and sympathetic nervous system activity were collected. Throughout the process, 100 KB of information on patients with sleep disorders will be collected, totaling about 188 people, totaling 18,800 KB. The data will be collected in the Neurology Outpatient Subject Reception Room (1F, Huamei Building), and the data will be stored in the Geriatric Theology Ward (6F, Huamei Building, Area A).
