研究目的：

拟探索人工关节置换术后发生 VTE 的影响因素，筛选出关节置换患者发生 VTE 的多维影响因素和指标，并在此基础上构建风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the factors influencing the occurrence of VTE after artificial joint replacement, screen out the multidimensional factors and indicators of VTE in joint replacement patients, and on this basis, construct a risk prediction model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断明确，在本院接受人工关节置换手术治疗；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.住院期间，按照医嘱及时接受下肢彩超或CTPA筛查；
4.围术期病历资料齐全；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed and having undergone artificial joint replacement surgery at our hospital; 2.Age ≥ 18 years; 3.Received lower limb color Doppler ultrasound or CTPA screening as prescribed during hospitalization; 4.Complete perioperative medical records;

排除标准：

1.具有严重心脑血管疾病病史和（或）恶性肿瘤病史的患者；
2.第一次入院已确诊VTE的患者、孕产妇人群、临床资料不全、依从性差的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and/or malignant tumors; 2.Patients diagnosed with VTE during their first hospitalization; pregnant or postpartum women; patients with incomplete clinical data; and patients with poor compliance.
