研究目的：

本研究为横断面研究，旨在探索“自我厌恶”这一深层心理因素如何通过“疲劳”这一核心躯体症状，影响患者“减少久坐的自我效能”。更重要的是，我们引入“积极心理资本”作为调节变量，探讨其能否缓冲上述负面心理链条的效应。研究成果将：深化对脑卒中患者健康行为改变的心理机制理解，构建一个包含风险因素（自我厌恶、疲劳）和保护因素（积极心理资本）的综合模型。为开发针对县域脑卒中患者的、整合心理干预（降低自我厌恶、培育积极心理）与行为干预（减少久坐）的综合性康复方案提供精准化的实证依据，具有重要的临床推广价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a cross-sectional study aimed at exploring how "self-loathing," a deep psychological factor, affects patients' "self-efficacy to reduce sedentary behavior" through "fatigue," a core somatic symptom. More importantly, we introduce "positive psychological capital" as a moderating variable to investigate whether it can buffer the effects of the aforementioned negative psychological chain. The research findings will: deepen the understanding of the psychological mechanisms underlying healthy behavior change in stroke patients, and construct a comprehensive model that includes risk factors (self-loathing, fatigue) and protective factors (positive psychological capital). It will provide precise empirical evidence for developing a comprehensive rehabilitation program that integrates psychological intervention (reducing self-loathing, cultivating positive psychology) and behavioral intervention (reducing sedentary behavior) for stroke patients in county areas, and has significant clinical promotion value.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经CT或MRI确诊为脑卒中（包括脑梗死和脑出血），且病程≥3个月（进入恢复期或后遗症期）； 2.年龄>=45周岁； 3.患者意识清楚，病情稳定，具备基本的理解和沟通能力 4.知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with stroke (including cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage) by CT or MRI, with a duration of ≥3 months (entering the recovery phase or sequelae phase); 2. Age >=45 years old; 3. The patient is conscious, in stable condition, and possesses basic comprehension and communication abilities 4. Informed consent, and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭或其他终末期疾病； 2.伴有严重失语、失认、重度视听障碍，无法完成问卷； 3.确诊有精神疾病史或认知障碍疾病（如阿尔茨海默病）； 4.目前正在参与其他可能影响研究结果的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concurrent severe failure of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys, or other terminal illnesses; 2. Accompanied by severe aphasia, agnosia, and severe audiovisual impairment, unable to complete the questionnaire; 3. Confirmed history of mental illness or cognitive impairment (such as Alzheimer's disease); 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the research results.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

调查员进行统一培训，对患者进行面对面纸质版问卷调查，每完成填报一份问卷，当场进行检查，对漏填错填项予以及时指导，调查后整理全部数据，当日对问卷进行双人双录进Excel表，以便后期统计分析。使用Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验进行正态性分析，采用均数和标准差（或中位数和四分位间距对计量资料进行描述，采用+检验、方差分析比较研究主要变量在一般资料上的差异，采用偏相关分析探讨主要变量间的相关性。采用SPSSPROCESS宏插件（Model4和Model15构建有调节的中介模型使用z-score标准化法对纳入模型的变量进行标准化。检验水准α=0.05。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Investigators undergo unified training and conduct face-to-face paper-based questionnaire surveys with patients. For each completed questionnaire, an on-the-spot inspection is conducted, and prompt guidance is provided for any missing or incorrect entries. After the survey, all data are collated, and the questionnaires are entered into Excel tables by two people on the same day for subsequent statistical analysis. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is used for normality analysis, and mean and standard deviation (or median and interquartile range) are used to describe quantitative data. The + test and analysis of variance are used to compare the differences in general information of the main variables in the study. Partial correlation analysis is used to explore the correlation between the main variables. The SPSS PROCESS macro plugin (Models 4 and 15) is used to construct a moderated mediation model, and the z-score normalization method is used to standardize the variables included in the model. The significance level α is set at 0.05.
