研究目的：

汉化时间浪费感知量表并检验其信度和效度，为评价我国医护人员的时间浪费感知体验提供可靠的测评工具。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a Chinese version of measure of wasted time perceptions and test its reliability and validity, which can provide a reliable assessment tool for evaluating wasted time perception experience of medical staff.

纳入标准：

1.在职注册医师、护士并具有执业资格证书； 2.在医疗、护理岗位工作，工作时间>=1年； 3.自愿参与本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Registered doctors and nurses currently employed and possessing a license; 2.Working in a doctor or nursing position for >=1 year; 3.Voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

1.病假、产假等长期休假人员； 2.实习、进修、规培人员。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Personnel on long-term leave such as sick leave and maternity leave; 2. Interns, trainees, and standardized training personnel.
