研究目的：

1.探究带血管蒂瓣膜对鼻咽癌患者生存率的影响 2.探究带血管蒂瓣膜在鼻颅底手术中的修复效果  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the impact of pedicled vascularized flaps on survival outcomes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 2.To evaluate the reconstructive efficacy of pedicled vascularized flaps in endoscopic skull base surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经鼻咽癌指南，规范诊断为鼻咽癌的患者； 2.接受过带血管蒂瓣膜修复手术； 3.有完整的临床资料及随访信息；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) diagnosed according to established NPC guidelines.
2.Patients who had previously undergone reconstruction with pedicled vascularized flaps.
3.Patients with complete clinical records and follow-up information.

排除标准：

1.核心数据缺失或随访信息缺失，无法评估结局。
2.合并影响主要结局的并发症，如严重心、肝、肾功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with missing essential clinical data or incomplete follow-up information, preventing evaluation of outcomes. 2.Patients with complications affecting the primary outcomes, such as severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为多中心回顾性研究，研究数据来源于医院电子病历系统（EMR）、影像归档与通信系统（PACS）及病理数据库。所有数据均来源于既往常规诊疗过程中形成的医疗记录，不涉及额外干预或额外样本采集，不增加受试者风险。 研究人员按照预设的数据收集表提取相关临床资料，包括人口学信息、疾病特征、治疗方案及随访资料等。数据提取工作由经过培训的研究人员完成，并进行双人核对以保证数据准确性和完整性。 在数据录入研究数据库前，所有资料均进行去标识化处理，删除姓名、住院号、身份证号、联系电话等可识别个人身份的信息，并以唯一研究编号替代。研究数据库不包含任何直接身份识别信息。 数据存储于医院加密服务器或密码保护的专用计算机中，仅限本研究团队成员访问。未经伦理委员会批准，研究数据不会向第三方提供。 研究资料将在研究结束后按照医院及伦理委员会规定保存不少于5年，之后依照相关管理规范进行处理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study was designed as a multicenter retrospective investigation. Research data were obtained from the hospital electronic medical record (EMR) system, the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), and the pathology database. All data were derived from routine clinical care previously provided and did not involve any additional interventions or extra sample collection, thereby posing no additional risk to the participants.Clinical information was extracted according to a predefined data collection form, including demographic characteristics, disease features, treatment modalities, and follow-up data. Data extraction was performed by trained researchers and independently verified by a second reviewer to ensure accuracy and completeness.Prior to entry into the study database, all data were de-identified. Personally identifiable information, including names, inpatient numbers, identification numbers, and contact details, was removed and replaced with unique study identification codes. The research database contains no direct personal identifiers.All data are stored on encrypted hospital servers or password-protected dedicated computers, with access restricted to members of the research team. Study data will not be shared with any third party without approval from the institutional ethics committee.All study materials will be retained for no less than five years after completion of the study, in accordance with institutional and ethics committee requirements, and will subsequently be managed in compliance with relevant regulations.
