基于前瞻性队列研究，比较不同减重手段的减重效果和后续减重结局情况； 基于多组学技术，探索可能影响减重效果和减重结局的相关分子调控网络和机制通路； 基于多组学技术，明确减重与皮肤衰老改善的关联机制，探索 GLP-1 RA与皮肤衰老的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on prospective cohort studies, compare the weight loss effects of different methods and their subsequent outcomes; Using multi-omics techniques, investigate the molecular regulatory networks and mechanisms that may affect weight loss outcomes; Through multi-omics approaches, elucidate the relationship between weight loss and improvements in skin aging, and explore the connection between GLP-1 receptor agonists and skin aging.

纳入标准：

具有减重意愿并计划进行强化减重管理的中南大学湘雅医院职工，年龄、性别、民族不限。

Inclusion criteria

Employees of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University who have the intention to lose weight and plan to undergo intensive weight loss management, with no restrictions on age, gender or ethnicity

排除标准：

包括急性或慢性病毒性肝炎、结核病、恶性肿瘤、严重肝功能障碍或慢性肾病、6 个月内有严重心脑血管疾病、12 个月内有严重胃肠道疾病或胃肠道手术、使用影响体重或能量平衡的药物、BMI<18kg/m2、以及其它经临床判断不适宜使用生活方式干预进行减重的人群。

Exclusion criteria：

Including acute or chronic viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, malignancy, severe hepatic dysfunction, or chronic kidney disease, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease within 6 months, severe gastrointestinal disease or gastrointestinal surgery within 12 months, use of drugs that affect body weight or energy balance, BMI < 18 kg/m2, and other clinically judged inappropriate people who are losing weight with lifestyle interventions.
