研究目的：

1.主要目的：回顾性分析患者的总生存期（OS）、无进展生存期（PFS）及客观缓解率（ORR）。 2.次要目的：回顾性统计治疗相关不良反应的发生情况，外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板与淋 巴细胞比值(PLR)、单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(MLR)的变化趋势。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary objective: To retrospectively analyze the overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), and objective response rate (ORR) of patients. 2.Secondary objective: To retrospectively investigate the incidence of treatment-related adverse events and the changing trends of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR) in peripheral blood.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.长治市人民医院电子病历系统（HIS系统）2021年1月- 2024年9月期间接受一线治疗的患者； 2.经组织学及病理活检证实为胃食管结合部癌，分期为不可切除局部晚期或转移性（cT4/N+/M1）（依据AJCC第8版胃癌分期标准）； 3.HER2表达阴性（IHC 0/1+/2+ 且FISH阴性）； 4.具有影像学可评价病灶,至少有一次影像学疗效评估记录； 5.年龄18-80岁，预期生存≥3个月； 6.热疗组患者至少接受一次热疗

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who received first-line treatment at the Electronic Medical Record (Hospital Information System, HIS) of Changzhi People’s Hospital between January 2021 and September 2024; 2.Histologically and pathologically confirmed gastroesophageal junction cancer, staged as unresectable locally advanced or metastatic disease (cT4/N+/M1) according to the AJCC 8th edition gastric cancer staging system; 3.HER2-negative expression (IHC 0/1+/2+ with negative FISH results); 4.Presence of radiologically evaluable lesions with at least one documented imaging-based response assessment; 5.Age between 18 and 80 years, with an expected survival of >=3 months; 6.Patients in the hyperthermia group received at least one session of hyperthermia therapy

排除标准：

1.非一线治疗方案； 2.HER2 阳性(IHC 3+或2+且FISH阳性) ； 3.错配修复缺失（dMMR）/微卫星高度不稳定（MSI-H）； 4.既往5年内患有其他恶性肿瘤史

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non–first-line treatment regimen; 2.HER2-positive status (IHC 3+ or IHC 2+ with positive FISH results); 3.Mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR) / microsatellite instability–high (MSI-H); 4.A history of other malignancies within the previous five years
