研究目的:

探讨术中脑氧饱和度监测管理对老年髋部骨折合并衰弱患者术后谵妄的影响,旨在通过脑氧饱和度监测管理减少术中低脑氧的发生及持续进而降低老年病人POD的发生率及加速老年病人康复及出院,同时研究结果将为高危人群围术期脑保护策略提供重要临床依据。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the impact of intraoperative cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring and management on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fractures and frailty, aiming to reduce the occurrence and persistence of intraoperative low cerebral oxygen through cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring and management, thereby lowering the incidence of postoperative delirium (POD) in elderly patients, accelerating their recovery and discharge. Meanwhile, the research results will provide important clinical evidence for perioperative brain protection strategies in high-risk populations.

纳入标准:

1.年龄>=65岁 2.因髋部骨折收入老年骨科病房拟接受手术治疗者 3.术前经衰弱评估后确定合并衰弱者

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 65 years old 2. Patients admitted to the geriatric orthopedic ward due to hip fracture and scheduled for surgical treatment 3. Those who were determined to have frailty after preoperative frailty assessment

排除标准:

1.陈旧骨折(即骨折发生后21天或以上进行手术者) 2.多发创伤或恶性肿瘤导致的病理性骨折 3.重度认知功能障碍(MoCA 量表得分<10 分) 4.严重听力障碍、失语或沟通困难者 5.术后转入ICU 6.意外出院或拒绝参与研究者

Exclusion criteria:

1. Old fractures (i.e., surgeries performed 21 days or more after the fracture occurred) 2. Pathological fractures caused by multiple traumas or malignant tumors 3. Severe cognitive dysfunction (MoCA scale score < 10 points) 4. Severe hearing impairment, aphasia or communication difficulties 5. Post-operative transfer to ICU 6. Accidental discharge or refusal to participate in the study
