研究目的：

本研究通过建立术前MRI定量预测模型，可精准识别再撕裂高风险患者，从而优化手术适应症选择，避免对高风险患者进行无效手术。这有助于减少术后并发症和再次手术率，降低医疗成本。  

Objectives of Study：

By establishing a preoperative MRI-based quantitative prediction model, this study can accurately identify patients at high risk of re-tear, thereby optimizing the selection of surgical candidates and avoiding ineffective operations for high-risk individuals. This approach helps reduce postoperative complications and reoperation rates, leading to lower healthcare costs.?

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.明确诊断为肩袖撕裂，并且计划进行关节镜下肩袖修复术；
2.无MRI检查禁忌，能够顺利完成这项检查，且图像质量要满足分析要求；
3.有相对完整的术前、术中及随访资料，以确保数据的可分析性；
4.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients must have a confirmed diagnosis of a rotator cuff tear and be scheduled for arthroscopic rotator cuff repair; 2.Patients must have no contraindications for MRI, be able to complete the examination successfully, and have image quality that meets the requirements for analysis; 3.Patients must have relatively complete pre-operative, intra-operative, and follow-up data to ensure the analyzability of the data; 4.Patients must voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.既往肩关节手术史；
2.严重的肩关节骨性关节炎；
3.肩关节炎症、肿瘤或代谢性骨病；
4.巨大的不可修复性肩袖撕裂；
5.重要的全身性疾病未控制；
6.MRI禁忌证或图像质量差；
7.术后无法配合随访；
8.患者拒绝签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a history of previous shoulder surgery; 2.Patients with severe glenohumeral osteoarthritis; 3.Patients with shoulder inflammation, tumor, or metabolic bone disease; 4.Patients with massive irreparable rotator cuff tear; 5.Patients with significant systemic disease uncontrolled; 6.Patients with MRI contraindication or poor image quality; 7.Patients unable to cooperate with follow-up after surgery; 8.Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例数据用Excel表格记录，统计分析采用SPSS软件进行。研究数据锁库后6个月内，将在上述平台共享脱敏后的原始数据。
