研究目的：

观察不同术中吸入氧浓度是否会对腹腔镜胃癌老年患者的脑氧饱和度以及术后早期认知功能产生影响，以到达预测术后早期认知功能障碍，以准确识别预后不良高危人群，争取术前干预，改善预后的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether different intraoperative inhaled oxygen concentrations will affect the cerebral oxygen saturation and early postoperative cognitive function of elderly patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer, in order to predict early postoperative cognitive dysfunction, accurately identify high-risk groups with poor prognosis, strive for preoperative intervention, and improve prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥65岁、ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级、腹腔镜胃癌根治手术

Inclusion criteria

Age >=65 years old, ASA grade I to III, laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

排除标准：

1.有精神障碍或中枢神经系统疾病史； 2.或MMSE评分提示认知功能障碍［文盲者（未受教育）≤ 17分；小学程度者（受教育年限≤6年）≤20分；中学（包括中专）程度者≤22分；大学（包括大专）程度者≤23分］； 3.合并严重听力、视力、语言障碍； 4.长期服用治疗神经精神药物或长期酗酒； 5.颅脑或心血管手术史； 6.存在麻醉相关禁忌症； 7.不能与医生正常沟通者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of mental disorders or central nervous system diseases; 2. Or the MMSE score indicates cognitive dysfunction [illiterate individuals (without education) <=17 points; those with primary school education (education duration <= 6 years) <= 20 points; those with secondary education (including vocational school) <= 22 points; those with university education (including junior college) <= 23 points] 3. Have severe hearing, vision, or language disorders; 4. Have been taking neuro-psychiatric medications for a long time or have been heavy drinkers for a long time; 5. Have a history of cranial or cardiovascular surgery; 6. Have contraindications related to anesthesia; 7. Cannot communicate normally with the doctor.
