研究目的：

通过比较高原健康受试者与平原健康受试者脑磁图所反映脑信号振荡特征的差异，采用脑区内部的跨频段耦合分析方法、脑区之间的相位同步性分析方法阐述高原健康受试者的脑网络信号振荡特征，并应用统计学分析明确存在显著差异的相关脑区，筛选可能存在的发病脑区。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the differences in neural oscillation characteristics reflected by magnetoencephalography between healthy high-altitude subjects and healthy plain-dwelling subjects, this study employs cross-frequency coupling analysis within brain regions and phase synchrony analysis between brain regions to elucidate the brain network oscillation features of healthy high-altitude subjects. Statistical analysis is applied to identify relevant brain regions with significant differences and screen potential epileptogenic zones.

纳入标准：

平原健康受试者入组标准： 1.身体健康，无神经系统疾病，或其他重大系统性疾病患者； 2.认知功能正常，无精神障碍； 3.体内无金属植入物； 4.既往未接受过颅脑手术、无重大颅脑外伤史； 5.性别不限，年龄25~35岁。 高原健康受试者入组标准：1.身体健康，无神经系统疾病，或其他重大系统性疾病患者； 2.认知功能正常，无精神障碍； 3.体内无金属植入物； 4.既往未接受过颅脑手术、无重大颅脑外伤史； 5.性别不限，年龄25~35岁。 6.常住高原10年。

Inclusion criteria

Plain Health Subject Inclusion Criteria: 1. Physically healthy individuals without neurological disorders or other major systemic diseases; 2. Normal cognitive function without psychiatric disorders; 3. No metallic implants within the body; 4. No history of cranial surgery or significant cranial trauma; 5. Gender unrestricted, aged 25–35 years. Highland Health Subject Inclusion Criteria: 1. Physically healthy individuals without neurological disorders or other major systemic diseases; 2. Normal cognitive function with no psychiatric disorders; 3. No metallic implants in the body; 4. No history of cranial surgery or significant cranial trauma; 5. No gender restrictions, aged 25–35 years. 6. Permanent residence at high altitude for 10 years.

排除标准：

1.被试者存在听力缺陷； 2.被试者体内有金属器械； 3.被试者有幽闭恐惧症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject has hearing impairment; 2. The subject has metallic implants in their body; 3. The subject suffers from claustrophobia.
