研究目的：

目前尚缺乏危重烧伤患者发生血小板减少症的风险预测模型。本研究旨在：（1）主要目的：收集的危重烧伤患者临床数据，系统分析患者伤情特征、早期生命体征、连续实验室指标及治疗因素，筛选发生血小板减少症的独立危险因素。利用筛选出的核心预测因子，通过机器学习构建个体化风险预测模型；（2）次要目的：通过计算受试者工作特征曲线下面积、校准曲线、决策曲线分析等指标，综合评估模型的区分度、校准度和临床实用性，并与传统logistic回归模型比较；对烧伤患者进行风险分层，制定有效的预防和临床管理策略。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there is a lack of risk prediction models for thrombocytopenia in patients with severe burns. This study aims to: (1) Primary objective: systematically analyze clinical data from patients with critical burns, including injury characteristics, early vital signs, serial laboratory indicators, and treatment factors, to identify independent risk factors for the development of thrombocytopenia. Based on these core predictive variables, an individualized risk prediction model will be constructed using machine learning techniques. (2) Secondary objective: comprehensively evaluate the model’s discrimination, calibration, and clinical utility by calculating metrics such as the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve, calibration plots, and decision curve analysis, and compare these findings with those from traditional logistic regression models. Additionally, the study will stratify risk among burn patients to formulate effective prevention and clinical management strategies.

纳入标准：

1.烧伤患者（包括火焰烧伤、烫伤、电击伤/电烧伤/雷击伤、爆炸伤/爆震伤、化学烧伤（酸、碱、氨水、磷烧伤、镁烧伤、溴烧伤）、其它（包含烧伤或烫伤，但不能归因于上述病因，如热压伤等））； 2. 年龄 >= 14 周岁； 3. 烧伤面积 >= 20%； 4. 入院时间： 2008 年 01 月 01 日 - 2024 年 12 月 31 日

Inclusion criteria

1. Burn patients (including flame burns, scalds, electric shock injuries/electric burns/lightning strike injuries, explosion injuries/detonation injuries, chemical burns (acid, alkali, ammonia water, phosphorus burns, magnesium burns, bromine burns), others (including burns or scalds, but not attributed to the above causes, such as hot crush injuries, etc.); 2. Age >= 14 years old; 3. Burn area >= 20%; 4. Admission date: January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2024

排除标准：

1.合并血液系统基础疾病患者；2.烧伤后陈旧性创面患者；3.住院时间小于24小时患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with underlying hematological disorders; 2. Patients with chronic burn wounds; 3. Patients with a hospital stay of less than 24 hours.
