本研究以ICU护士为研究对象，采用混合研究方法，旨在从量性与质性结合的多维视角，系统探讨ICU护士在使用身体约束时的道德困境特征及其影响因素。具体研究目标包括：定量评估ICU护士道德困境的发生频率、强度及其主要影响因素；深入分析文化倾向（如集体主义与权力距离）和工作环境（如资源支持、团队文化等）对道德困境形成与决策过程的作用机制；为改善ICU护理环境、优化护士决策支持系统及制定伦理教育培训方案提供理论依据和实证支持，进而提升护理质量和患者结局。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focused on ICU nurses and employed a mixed research approach. The aim was to systematically explore the characteristics of moral dilemmas faced by ICU nurses when using physical restraints and the influencing factors. The specific research objectives included: quantitatively assessing the frequency, intensity, and main influencing factors of moral dilemmas among ICU nurses; deeply analyzing the mechanisms by which cultural tendencies (such as collectivism and power distance) and working environments (such as resource support, team culture, etc.) affect the formation and decision-making process of moral dilemmas; providing theoretical basis and empirical support for improving the ICU nursing environment, optimizing the nurse decision support system, and formulating ethical education training programs, thereby enhancing the quality of care and patient outcomes.

纳入标准：

1.在ICU工作1年以上； 2.曾参与身体约束护理操作； 3.知情同意并愿意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have worked in the ICU for more than one year; 2. Have participated in the operation of physical restraint care; 3. Have given informed consent and are willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.实习、进修、轮转护士； 2.长期脱离临床护理岗位的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Interns, trainees, and rotating nurses; 2. Nurses who have been away from clinical nursing positions for a long time.
