本研究的主要目的是构建并验证一个基于可解释机器学习算法的预测模型，用于评估重症监护病房（ICU）患者发生压力性损伤的风险。通过收集临床数据，识别关键风险因素，并评估该模型在预测ICU获得性压力性损伤方面的准确性、校准度和临床实用性。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to develop and validate an interpretable machine learning-based prediction model for assessing the risk of pressure injury (PI) in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients. By collecting clinical data, we aim to identify key risk predictors and evaluate the model's performance in terms of discrimination, calibration, and clinical utility for predicting ICU-acquired PI.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ICU患者； 2.年龄18-80岁； 3.所有患者（或其法定监护人）在参加研究前均已签署知情同意书； 4.入 ICU 后24 h 内完成系统的全身皮肤评估，依据国际压力性损伤分期标准确认入 ICU 时无压力性损伤； 5.在 ICU 住院期间接受持续的皮肤评估，能够明确判断是否发生ICU 期间新发压力性损伤。

Inclusion criteria

1. ICU patients; 2. Age range: 18 - 80 years old; 3. All patients (or their legal guardians) have signed the informed consent form before participating in the study; 4. A comprehensive skin assessment was conducted within 24 hours after admission to the ICU, and it was confirmed that there was no pressure injury upon admission to the ICU according to the international pressure injury staging criteria; 5. During the hospitalization in the ICU, continuous skin assessment was carried out to clearly determine whether new pressure injuries occurred during the ICU stay.

排除标准：

1.入ICU后未完成规范的压力性损伤评估，导致结局无法判定者； 2.入 ICU 时已存在压力性损伤的患者； 3.ICU住院时长<24h的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who did not undergo the standardized assessment for pressure injuries after being admitted to the ICU, resulting in an inability to determine the outcome; 2. Patients who already had pressure injuries upon admission to the ICU; 3. Patients who were hospitalized in the ICU for less than 24 hours.

本研究使用了一种标准化的纸质病例报告表，该表专为数据收集而设计，涵盖了患者基线特征、日常评估及结果指标。数据通过结构化MicrosoftExcel数据库进行管理，遵循双重独立录入、自动逻辑/范围检查和数据管理员一致性验证的规程。所有查询均通过追溯至原始CRF来解决，最终分析数据集由首席研究员进行审查和锁定。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study utilizes a standardized paper Case Report Form designed specifically for data collection, encompassing patient baseline characteristics, daily assessments, and outcome measures. Data are managed via a structured Microsoft Excel database, following a protocol of dual independent entry, automated logic/range checks, and consistency verification by a data manager. All queries are resolved by tracing back to the original CRF, and the final analysis dataset is reviewed and locked by the principal investigator.
