研究目的：

开发一套能够对面神经麻痹患者提供AI智能识别评估的系统，有助于患者在面神经麻痹早期诊断中的辅助判断并引导其及时就医，及诊疗过程中自我评估面神经麻痹的好转程度。以及时采取有效的治疗措施，提高面神经麻痹的治疗效果和预后质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Development of an AI-based intelligent assessment system for facial nerve palsy aims to aid in the auxiliary diagnosis during early stages and guide timely medical consultation. It also enables patients to self-assess the degree of improvement throughout the treatment process, thereby facilitating prompt and effective therapeutic interventions and enhancing both treatment efficacy and prognostic quality.

纳入标准：

面神经麻痹组 1.符合周围性面神经麻痹诊断标准。 2.年龄16~65之间（包括16岁与65岁），性别不限。 3.留有完整正面头部图像资料的患者。 4.能够配合完成调查问卷及查体。 5.同意参与图像采集的患者，并签署知情同意书者。 非面瘫组 1.双侧面部运动对称者。 2.无周围性面瘫、中枢性面瘫、眼外肌麻痹等病史者。 3.能够配合完成调查问卷及查体。 4.同意参与图像采集的患者，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Facial nerve palsy group 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of peripheral facial nerve palsy. 2. Between 16 and 65 years of age (including 16 and 65 years of age), regardless of gender. 3. Patients with complete frontal head images. 4. Able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire and physical examination. 5. Patients who agreed to participate in image acquisition and signed the informed consent form. Non-facial palsy group 1. Patients with symmetrical facial movements on both sides. 2. No history of peripheral facial paralysis, central facial paralysis or extraocular muscle paralysis. 3. Able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire and physical examination. 4. Patients who agreed to participate in image acquisition and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.各种疾病导致面部解剖结构缺失的患者。
2.由于先天发育不全导致面部解剖不对称患者。
3.因化妆等导致面部解剖结构位置改变的患者。
4.面部戴有眼镜、胃管、敷料等额外物品的患者。
5.面部有缺损、膨隆、疤痕、运动不对称的患者（非本病导致）。
6.图像不是由规定的图像采集设备采集的患者。
7.妊娠和哺乳期妇女，及已知对图像采集过程过敏者。
8.合并有心脑血管、肝肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者。
9.正在参加其它临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with facial anatomical structure defects caused by various diseases.
2.Patients with facial anatomical asymmetry due to congenital hypoplasia.
3.Patients with altered positions of facial anatomical structures caused by makeup or other factors.
4.Patients wearing additional items on the face, such as glasses, nasogastric tubes, or medical dressings.
5.Patients with facial defects, prominences, scars, or asymmetric movement（not attributable to this disease）.
6.Patients whose images were not acquired usingthe specified image acquisition equipment.
7.Pregnant or lactating women, and individuals with a known hypersensitivity to the image acquisition process.
8.Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic system disorders, as well as patients with psychiatric illness.
9.Individuals currently participating in other clinical studies.
