研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性、平行对照队列设计，明确高寒极端环境暴露对冰雪运动人群皮肤生理指标的影响，为制定目标人群皮肤防护策略提供科学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to provide scientific evidence for the development of skin protection strategies for target populations through a prospective, parallel control cohort design to clarify the impact of exposure to extreme cold environments on skin physiological indicators in skier sports populations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-60岁，性别不限； 2. 暴露状态： (1) 滑雪组：计划在雪季进行规律性冰雪运动的运动员或爱好者；或长期在雪场户外工作的职业人员。 (2) 室内对照组（非暴露人群）：同期内无规律性冰雪运动计划，且非雪场户外工作者。 3. 充分了解研究内容，自愿参加并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-60 years of age, regardless of gender; 2. Exposure Status: (1) Ski teams: Athletes or enthusiasts who plan to engage in regular ice and snow sports during the snow season; or professionals who work outside in snowfields for long periods. (2) Indoor control group (non-exposure group): Non-regular skier sports program during the same period, and non-snowfield outdoor workers. 3. Fully aware of the research content, volunteer to participate and sign a written informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 面部研究区域存在可能影响测量结果的状况，包括但不限于：活动性皮肤疾病、开放性伤口、未愈合的冻伤、晒伤； 2. 患有严重全身性疾病，如心脏病、糖尿病控制不佳等； 3. 怀孕、哺乳或计划在治疗期间怀孕的妇女； 4. 临床评估认为不适合参加试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Facial study areas present conditions that may affect measurement results, including but not limited to: active skin diseases, open wounds, unhealed frostbite, and sunburn. 2. Having severe systemic diseases, such as heart disease, poor control of diabetes, etc. 3. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during treatment. 4. Clinical assessment deemed unsuitable for trial participants.
