研究目的：

比较奥赛利定与舒芬太尼在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术中的应用效果，并观察其对患者术后恢复情况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the application effects of Aceclidine and Sufentanil in patients during laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and observe their impact on patients' postoperative recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在我院接受择期全身麻醉下LC手术患者，性别不限，ASA分级I～II级，年龄18～64岁，体重50-70 kg，BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

Patients of either gender who will undergo elective LC surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital, with ASA classification I to II, age 18 to 64 years, weight 50-70 kg, and BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1. 本人拒绝参与研究； 2. 存在严重房室传导阻滞或窦性心动过缓； 3. 预计手术时间将超过2小时； 4. 既往有胃肠道手术史； 5. 长期服用精神类药物； 6. 合并慢性疼痛病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The individual refuses to participate in the study; 2. Presence of severe atrioventricular block or sinus bradycardia; 3. Anticipated surgical duration exceeding 2 hours; 4. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Long-term use of psychotropic medications; 6. History of chronic pain.
