研究目的:

本研究通过EIT可视化单次、短时呼吸训练,对肺病损切除术后患者残气量及潮气量的影响  

Objectives of Study:

This study utilized EIT to visualize the effects of a single, short-duration respiratory training session on residual volume and tidal volume in patients following pulmonary resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.接受胸腔镜下行肺叶、肺段、肺楔形切除术后已拔除气管插管患者; 2.年龄>18岁,男女不限; 3.术前肺功能检查提示第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比≥ 50%; 4.同意参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who had undergone thoracoscopic lobectomy, segmentectomy, or wedge resection and had been extubated postoperatively; 2. Age > 18 years, regardless of sex; 3. Preoperative pulmonary function tests indicating a forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV?) >= 50% of the predicted value; 4. Provision of informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准:

1.血流动力学不稳定; 2.电极绑带贴合皮肤的胸廓区域存在局部皮肤感染或开放性伤口; 3.植入起搏器、心律转复除颤器患者; 4.合并神经肌肉疾病; 5.任何原因不能配合呼吸锻炼; 6.妊娠期。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Hemodynamic instability; 2. Presence of local skin infection or open wounds on the thoracic area where the electrode belt would be placed; 3. Patients with an implanted pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD); 4. Co-existing neuromuscular disease; 5. Inability to cooperate with respiratory training for any reason; 6. Pregnancy.
