研究目的：

观察磷丙泊酚二钠在胸腔镜肺癌手术患者术后早期恢复情况，包括麻醉苏醒期躁动、术后认知功能及血清指标等情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the early postoperative recovery of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery who received fospropofol disodium, including the incidence of emergence agitation, postoperative cognitive function, and serum markers, among other parameters.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入选标准：择期全身麻醉下行胸腔镜下肺癌切除术，年龄18～65岁，性别不限，BMI 18～23.9 kg/m2，ASA 分级II-III 级患者；可沟通并能签署知情同意书，能完成评估量表。

Inclusion criteria

Patients scheduled for thoracoscopic lung cancer resection under general anesthesia, aged 18–65 years, either gender, with a BMI of 18–23.9 kg/m2 and ASA physical status II–III; able to communicate, provide written informed consent, and complete the assessment scales.

排除标准：

排除标准：急诊手术；急慢性失代偿性心脏病（左室射血分数<40%）；严重肾功能不全；合并神经内分泌或免疫系统疾病；合并精神疾病；拒绝入组或者不能签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Emergency surgery; acute or chronic decompensated heart disease (left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%); severe renal dysfunction; combined neuroendocrine or immune system diseases; psychiatric disorders; refusal to participate or inability to provide informed consent.
