研究目的：

本研究旨在评估结合RAG-DeepSeek模型的IBD自我管理支持APP对炎症性肠病患者的干预效果，包括症状改善、治疗依从性和生活质量的提升等。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to evaluate the intervention effect of an IBD self-management support app, integrated with a RAG-DeepSeek model, on improving symptom management, treatment adherence, and quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断为炎症性肠病（IBD），包括溃疡性结肠炎（UC）或克罗恩病（CD）； 2.年龄 >= 18 岁； 3.具备基本的智能手机/平板电脑操作技能； 4.自愿签署知情同意书，并能够按计划完成随访； 5.病情相对稳定，经医生评估适合参与本研究； 6.能够完成 APP 基本操作培训（注册登录、症状记录、问答/知识查询）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinically diagnosed IBD (UC or CD); 2. ≥18 years old; 3. Possess basic smartphone/tablet operation skills; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and be able to follow up as planned; 5. The condition is relatively stable, and the doctor's assessment is appropriate; 6.Able to complete basic APP operation training (registration and login, symptom recording, Q&A/knowledge query).

排除标准：

1.急性重症发作或严重并发症/病情危重； 2.有明显认知障碍或严重精神疾病； 3.同时参加其他可能影响结果的介入研究； 4.无法继续使用智能设备或无法完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute severe attack or serious complications/critical condition; 2.Significant cognitive impairment or severe mental illness; 3. Participate in other interventional studies that may affect the outcome concurrently; 4.Those who are unable to continue using smart devices or are unable to complete follow-up.
