数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表（CRF）：采用定制化纸质 CRF，内容涵盖患者基本信息、术前纳入 / 排除标准核查记录、麻醉方案信息、术中操作记录、术后 VAS 疼痛评分、PoSSe 量表得分及不良反应记录等核心数据，由经过培训的研究人员规范填写； 电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC）：使用 ResMan（基于互联网的 EDC 系统）进行数据电子化录入，完成数据的实时核查、逻辑校验与安全存储，保障数据的完整性与可追溯性

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Form (CRF): A customized paper CRF will be used, covering core data such as patients' basic information, pre-operative inclusion/exclusion criteria verification records, anesthesia protocol information, intra-operative operation records, postoperative VAS pain scores, PoSSe scale scores and adverse reaction records, which will be filled out standardized by trained researchers; Electronic Data Capture (EDC): ResMan (an internet-based EDC system) will be adopted for electronic data entry, realizing real-time data verification, logical validation and secure storage to ensure data integrity and traceability
