研究目的：

主要研究目的： (1) 睡眠障碍是与不良健康结局存在纵向关联。 次要研究目的： (1) 睡眠障碍不同亚型是否存在特定的脑功能磁共振和脑电图特征。 (2) 眠障碍患者的血液学、组学、肠道菌群特征是否与非睡眠障碍人群存在系统性差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives: (1) Sleep disturbances are longitudinally associated with adverse health outcomes. Secondary objectives: (1) Whether different subtypes of sleep disorders have specific functional magnetic resonance and EEG features. (2) whether there are systematic differences in the hematology, omics, and gut microbiota characteristics of patients with sleep disorders compared with those without sleep disorders.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 ≥ 18 岁； 2. 签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age more than 18; 2. Sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1. 合并严重精神疾病或神经系统疾病影响依从性； 2. 合并严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤晚期患者； 3. 预期寿命 < 1 年，或无法完成随访者； 4. 不完成相关问卷调查或相关检查者； 5. 无法完成随访或拒绝样本采集者； 6. 患者或家属拒绝参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe psychiatric or neurological disorders affecting compliance; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease and advanced malignant tumors; 3. Life expectancy < 1 year, or unable to complete follow-up; 4. Those who do not complete the relevant questionnaires or relevant examinations; 5. Those who are unable to complete follow-up or refuse sample collection; 6. Refusal of the patient or family member to participate in the study.
