主要研究目的：苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对血流动力学的影响。 次要研究目的：苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对脑电双频指数的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary research objective: The effects of remimazolam benzoate on hemodynamics. Secondary research objective: The effect of remimazolam benzoate on the bispectral index of electroencephalography.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄6岁～70岁； 2.ASA I和III级； 3.行择期全麻手术，须气管内插管的受试者； 4.经过适当术前准备的非急性住院受试者； 5.知情同意，自愿参加该试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 .Age range from 6 to 70 years old; 2 .ASA levels I and III; 3 .Subjects undergoing elective general anesthesia surgery requiring endotracheal intubation; 4 .Non acute hospitalized subjects who have undergone appropriate preoperative preparation; 5 .Informed consent, voluntarily participate in the experiment, and sign the informed consent form..

排除标准：

1.有慢性疼痛长期使用镇痛药、精神系统药物（包括阿片, NSAIDs, 镇静药, 抗抑郁药）、酒精滥用者； 2.体重低于或超过标准体重的15%； 3.术前肝、肾功能（ALT、AST、BUN 、Cr）异常增高； 4.既往有异常麻醉恢复史； 5.患有食道反流症； 6.在术前24小时使用了镇静药、镇痛药、抗瘙痒药物； 7.慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long term use of analgesics, psychiatric drugs (including opioids, NSAIDs, sedatives, antidepressants), and alcohol abusers for chronic pain; 2.Weight below or exceeding 15% of the standard weight; 3. Preoperative abnormal increase in liver and kidney function (ALT, AST, BUN, Cr); 4.History of abnormal anesthesia recovery in the past; 5. Suffering from esophageal reflux disease; 6. Sedatives, analgesics, and anti itch drugs were used 24 hours before surgery; 7. Subjects with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
