利用时效激励措施观察两组患者在干预前后依从性、社会功能和自我效能感的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to observe the changes in adherence, social functioning, and self-efficacy of two groups of patients before and after the intervention using contingency management measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合国际疾病分类（international Classification of diseases，ICD）精神分裂症诊断标准； 2.韦氏成人智力量表修订版智商≥80； 3.初中及以上学历； 4.阳性和阴性症状量表（Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, PANSS）总分≥60分且病情稳定≥4周。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD); 2. Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale Revised IQ >= 80; 3. Junior high school education or above; 4. The total score of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) is >= 60 points and the condition has been stable for >= 4 weeks

排除标准：

1.有脑外伤、癫痫或其他脑器质性疾病； 2.有物质依赖病史；有可以达 SCID 轴 I 诊断标准的精神疾病或病史； 3.实验室检查显示有肝肾功能损害或其他严重躯体疾病及代谢障碍； 4.近1月内参与其他干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, or other organic brain diseases; 2. History of material dependence; Having a history of mental illness or illness that meets the SCID axis I diagnostic criteria; 3.Laboratory tests show liver and kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases and metabolic disorders; 4. Participated in other intervention studies within the past month.
