探讨多次输血患者抗-Jk3产生起因和血清学特征  

Objectives of Study：

To Study the Causes and Serological Characteristics of Anti-Jk3 Production in Patients with Multiple Blood Transfusions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2022年1月1日至2025年7月31日就诊于中山大学附属第五医院。
1.经抗体鉴定检测含有抗-Jk3患者。
2.经尿素溶血试验初筛为阴性的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Received medical treatment at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 1, 2022 to July 31, 2025.
2.Anti-Jk3 antibody was detected in the patient by antibody identification.
3.Negative preliminary screening, urea lysis test.

排除标准：

1.抗体鉴定抗-Jk3为阴性的患者；
2.经尿素溶血试验初筛为阳性患者；
3.临床检查数据资料记录不全者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient with a negative result for anti-Jk3 antibody in antibody identification testing.
2.Patients with a positive result in the preliminary screening of the urea lysis test.
3.Patients with incomplete documentation of clinical examination data.
