研究目的：

1. 确定影响患儿家属等候焦虑相关的危险因素，为进一步临床干预提供依据。 2. 建立一个基于机器学习算法的家属等候焦虑风险预测模型，并评估其准确性和适用性。 3. 验证模型的稳定性和泛化能力，确保其在不同机构中的适用性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Identify risk factors associated with waiting anxiety among family members of pediatric patients to provide a basis for further clinical interventions. 2.Develop a family waiting anxiety risk prediction model based on machine learning algorithms and evaluate its accuracy and applicability. 3.Validate the model’s stability and generalizability to ensure its applicability across different institutions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄<=18 岁，家属年龄>18 岁； 2.有一定的读写和表达能力，与调查人员沟通无障碍； 3.有直系家属陪同手术并具有法律意义； 4.知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patient age <=18 years, family member age >18 years; 2.Possess adequate literacy and communication skills, with no barriers to communication with the investigator; 3. Accompanied by an immediate family member for the surgery, with legal standing; 4. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并有其他严重躯体疾病； 2.有精神障碍者； 3.服用抗抑郁、抗焦虑类药物者； 4.在调查期间经历了其他重大变化或严重的负面生活事件； 5.拒绝参与该试验的患儿家属。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of other severe physical illnesses; 2. Diagnosed with mental disorders; 3. Currently taking antidepressant or anti-anxiety medications; 4. Experienced other major changes or severe negative life events during the survey period; 5. Family members of pediatric patients who refuse to participate in the study.
